  3. Voice Recordings and Profile Creation: We collect voice recordings you provide to create and personalize your AI twin.
  4. Profile Information: We collect data provided to enhance your profile, including voice recordings, biographical details, and images.
  5. Customizable Link Pages: We collect links to your social media and other websites that you wish to include in your customizable Hollo Page.
  6. Communications: When you communicate with other AI Twin users or participate in interactive features of our Services, we collect the information you provide in these communications.
  7. User Content: Personal information included in the input, file uploads, or feedback you provide to our services.
  8. Social Media Information: Information you elect to provide through our social media pages, such as contact details and analytics about social media activity.
  9. Payment Details: Information related to your transactions, such as billing address, payment card information, and other financial details, collected by our third-party payment processor.

Personal Information from Third Parties

We may receive personal information from third-party sources:

  1. Public Sources: Information from publicly available sources, including social media platforms.
  2. Third-Party Logins: Information from third parties when you register or log in to our services using your accounts with them, such as your name, email address, and profile picture.

When you visit, utilize, and interact with the Services, we may collect specific details about your activities, which include the following:

  1. Log Data: This refers to information that your browser sends automatically each time you visit the Site. Log data may include your Internet Protocol (IP) address, the type of browser and its settings, the date and time of your visit, and your interactions with the Site.

Platform Data

  1. AI Twin Knowledge:

 When users create AI twins using our platform, we store configuration settings, prompts, and any training data or templates used to develop the twin's conversational abilities. This may include sample phrases, knowledge base content, dialog flows, and AI model parameters. AI twin data is retained for as long as the user maintains their twin on our platform.

  1. Calls

To provide our voice AI service, we process call audios in  real-time  to convert speech to text, apply natural language understanding, and generate responses. The call data  we collect includes: 

  • Call Parties: Phone numbers or IPs of the parties on the call 
  • Call Metadata: Start and end times, call duration, call status (answered, busy, failed, etc.). 
  • Call Media: Recordings of the call audio, if enabled by the user. 
  • Call Transcript: Speech-to-text transcriptions of the call audio. 
  • Call Logs: Details on the conversation flow, AI responses, and outcomes. 

Call recordings, transcripts, and logs are retained for security purposes and to help train and improve the AI models, in accordance with applicable laws. Retention periods depend on the user's configuration, and data is deleted upon request.

  1. Phone Numbers

To provide inbound and outbound calling capabilities, we provide and store phone numbers assigned to our users. This includes phone number metadata such as the number itself, type (local, toll-free, short, code), Provider, region, and assignment (which user or AI twin is assigned the number). 

How We Use Your Information

  1. Providing and Improving Our Services: We use your personal information to operate, maintain, and improve Hollo AI services. This includes personalizing your experience based on your preferences and interactions. By understanding how you use our services, we can make improvements and add new features that enhance your overall experience.
  2. Personalization and Customization: Your data helps us personalize your interactions with your AI twin and tailor the content and features you see. This includes suggesting content that may interest you and providing a customized user experience based on your usage patterns and preferences.
  3. Communication: We use your contact information to communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support messages. This ensures you are informed about important changes and can get assistance when needed. We also use your information to send promotional materials, which you can opt out of at any time.
  4. Customer Support: Your information is used to provide customer support and respond to your inquiries, requests, and complaints. This helps us address any issues you may encounter and improve our services based on your feedback.
  5. Transaction Processing: For users who make purchases or receive payments, we use your payment information to process transactions. This includes billing, payment verification, and maintaining transaction records. Our third-party payment processors handle this data securely.

  2. Service Providers & Payment Processors: We work with various third-party service providers to operate and improve our services. They are permitted to access, process, or store personal information solely in the course of performing their duties to us. Any payment information you use to make purchases on Hollo AI is collected and processed directly by our payment processors, such as Apple Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay.  These parties handle your payment data in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
  3. Professional Advisors: We may share your personal information with professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, bankers, and insurers, where necessary to obtain their services.

  2. Delete: You can request the deletion of your personal data at any time. Please note that deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your content and messages will be permanently deleted within 30 days. However, we may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service providers to:
  • Complete the transaction for which we collected the personal information, provide a good or service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform our contract with you.

  • Debug products to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.

3. Opt-Out of Communications: You can opt out of receiving promotional communications from us at any time by following the instructions in the communications or using the unsubscribe link provided. Please be aware that it may take some time for us to process your request, and you may continue to receive promotional communications during this period. Additionally, even after opting out of promotional messages, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us regarding our services.

4. Correction: You have the right to request the correction of any inaccuracies in your personal data.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:

Our services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (the “Age Limit”).
